Fink's, a small but busy neighbourhood restaurant / deli is looking for new chef to join our evening team. We open for dinner Thursday/fri/ Saturday and require an enthusiastic foodie to take care of dinner service. You'll cross over with our daytime prep chef in the downstairs kitchens, then move upstairs to the floor serving dinners from our small but perfectly formed food prep area. You'd be working on our recipes, with a view that the right person could become part of the menu development process.
Shifts are generally mid afternoon to close (11pm) Thursday Fri and Saturday Would suit student with a background in food.
> We'd need you here from Thursday- Saturday afternoon and evening (totaling about 23 h a week), but there is potential to pick up some extra hours during daytime earlier part of the week if you seek more hours.
> We are a small business with big plans, and at this formative stage we are looking for someone who can grow with us a we develop ideas for new dishes, products, recipes etc. The job could grow to be as large as the right candidate wanted it to be.
