Claude Bosi at Bibendum is located on the 1st floor of the iconic Michelin House building in South Kensington, SW3.
We are looking for a competent receptionist to work some of the busiest shifts of the week:-
Saturday
Lunch and Dinner
Sunday
Lunch and Dinner
Occasional cover may be required during the weekday evenings.
Working front-of-house you will be naturally welcoming and impeccably presented. You must work well within a team, and use your expertise from previous guest-facing roles in similar luxury hospitality establishments.
You will be responsible for responding to emails and telephone calls, taking bookings, welcoming our guests into their dining experience and general cloakroom duties.
The reservations system we use is Opentable, and the EPOS system is Acorn.
experience with these is preferred, but not essential.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all payment processes are efficient - and contribute towards the cashing up duties of the service.
The role is hourly paid.
