An exclusive private gym/rehabilitation facility in NW6 is recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join our wonderful team.
We are looking for someone to help us in the evenings from 4pm to 9pm (Mon to Fri) and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive, welcoming impression both face to face and via the telephone.
The role requires you to have excellent telephone manner, be skilled in multitasking and be able to efficiently book training sessions and treatments, take payments, deal with suppliers, handle queries and ensure that the facility is neat and tidy.
Previous experience in working in a customer service environment is desirable, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, work politely and professionally in all situations.
