Estate Agent Office Administrator

This well established estate agent based in Hounslow and Bedfont are looking for a well organised, proactive, office administrator to provide support to the Manager and other office colleagues. experience required in a similar environment.
General office duties will include: data input and production of reports using property software, assisting with incoming calls when sales staff are busy, arranging window displays and mail shots, advertising using social media and property websites, arranging viewings, producing tenancy agreements, chasing both buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Registering new tenants with utility companies, invoicing and producing account statements. Lots of telephone work so you must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organised, a self-starter, professional, hardworking and confident. Applicants must have good IT skills, good verbal skills essential including written, and be proficient in using MS Office and other property management software.
Type: Full-time
Hours: 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Starting: as soon as possible
£16,000 PA + commission
