Estate Agent Lettings Sales Administrator

Temp Position to cover for Maternity Leave:
Preparing tenancy agreements. Dealing with tenants maintenance issues. Preparing Inventory instruction to supplier.
Preparing advertising material in to a database and publishing to the internet for Sales and Lettings departments.
Making sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirement-keeping records of Gas Certificates + wiring inspections.
Advising Clients about the lettings process and General administration for the Estate Agency.
Renewals of supplier contracts and property inspections. Check out – letter to confirmation of deductions and general office administration.
Good telephone manner and people skills.
Must be a competent computer user. Needs experience with Windows 7 or 10 Microsoft, Office 2010 or Office 2013/16.
experience with any document management systems would be good.
Part Time flexible hours around 30 hours per week.
