The Company – England Sports Group
Ex-professional tennis player, Clinton Lamprecht founded the England Sports Group in 1991. The company has been coaching children sport since then when the first club was opened at Hampton School, Middlesex. The England Sports Group has four strong divisions; ESG Schools, Tennis England, Camp England, and Gymnastics England.
Today the England Sports group provides sports coaching for children in 10 clubs and at more than 50 schools. More than 2000 children are coached each week in sports and the arts such as tennis, football, Hockey, gymnastics, netball, and dance.

The Position
Director of Sport and entrepreneur that will be based at a highly impressive and prestigious new venue, where there are 8 tennis courts, (expanding to 12 in 2022) 4 of which are floodlit, Sports Hall, 3G pitch, astro-turf pitch and basketball court. The Director will be responsible for growing and delivering a successful schools programme in the area, a full-term time tennis junior programme, adult coaching sessions during the day, LTA tournaments, all year-round school holiday tennis and multi-sport camps.
8 courts, 4 of which floodlit. Expanding to 12 courts in late 2022.
Job Specification
Coaching programme
• Build and develop junior and adult tennis programs at the club.
• Establish new school links to develop the Egham, Staines, Virginia Water and Windsor area.
• Lead classes at the club and schools with a team of coaches working with you.
• Running and managing tennis and multi-sport holiday camps all year round.
• Running LTA tournaments.
Junior development
• Develop a strong performance programme to compliment the club and school programs.
• Actively support and encourage juniors to start competing in competition in ESG tournaments and other LTA sanctioned tournaments.
• Identify young talent amongst the juniors and getting them to play more to tennis.
Development of the Club
• Manage a team of coaches which will include recruiting, scheduling, and training.
• Developing ideas to improve the number of participating juniors and members of the club at both term time and holiday camps.
• Build a strong and long term relationship with Royal Holloway University, with both their Management team and staff members.
