Rhubarb are recruiting for an EPOS Administrator / F and B Assistant at the iconic Sky Garden.
The Sky Garden sits at the top of the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street, and houses 2 restaurants, 2 bars and stunning event spaces.
We are now seeking an EPOS Administrator / Food and Beverage Assistant to join our ever growing team.
As EPOS Administrator / Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for day to day maintenance of our Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems and assisting with the ordering and purchasing of inventory for our two restaurants and two bars.
Reporting into the Food and Beverage Controller, the successful EPOS Administrator / Food and Beverage Assistant would have cross exposure to both our culinary and technology teams.
The job role.
- Approving F and B invoices using our online systems.
- Input food wastage and transfers into our system.
- Creation of supplier reports / credit trackers.
- Food ordering online
- Reporting up to date food cost for each restaurant.
- Inventory and EPOS maintenance (Updating prices, costings, update PLUs and other data).
- Assisting the F and B controller with cost control and data management.
- General IT support across the business on an ad-hoc basis
The person.
- experience of working with / maintenance of EPOS systems.
- Good knowledge of F and B / restaurant and bars industry.
- Exposure to a premium hospitality business (desirable)
- Basic knowledge / understanding of IT support.
- Communicative, proactive and responsible.
