The Britannia specialises in cooking traditional and exceptional ingredients in a modern and innovative way. We take our supply very seriously and look to only use the best products available. We are an owner operated pub with 80 covers inside and another 80 in our garden and roof terrace.
The position would involve working within a team of four, assisting the team during service and being actively involved in the day to day prep such as preparing vegetables, washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean. This is a great entry level position with opportunities to progress within the business if so desired. Previous kp's are now chefs or in front of house management.
Previous experience is not as essential as a good attitude and helpful nature. Availability to work at weekends is essential. Full or part time position available.
The Britannia is growing very quickly at present and it is vital that the team is able to contribute to the growth process, to be adaptable and creative, and above all else be highly motivated.
Payment is weekly and reviewed after three months.
Current work permits are essential.
