We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail orientated and energetic individual to join our team as Putney Cafe Supervisor.
This person will need to work with the general manager to effectively manage staff and to ensure quality control at all times, so will need to have experience as a supervisor. This role is ideal for an experienced waiting team member or barista looking to move into management.
Specific responsibilities would be:
Ensuring the quality of every item served is of the highest possible standard
Ongoing development and training of current team members
Keeping stock levels and stock ordering
Ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy at all times
