We are a lively and busy family based in Clapham Common with 3 kids who work hard and play hard.

Our eldest is Allegra who is 7, Rollo is 5 and Ralph is 3.

Ed, my husband, is abroad nearly every week for work and I work 4-5 days a week during term time.

We are seeking an English speaking live-in au pair to join us from 3rd September for a minimum 6 month stay, but preferably you will stay until mid-July 2022!

You will work Monday to Friday from 7 - 9am and then 3:15 - 7:15pm. You will also work alternate Saturdays from 7:30 - 9:30am. There may be up to 2 nights a week where we would ask you to babysit.

We already have a nanny who cares for Ralph and takes the lead from Monday to Thursday 12:15 - 6pm, as well as a cleaner 3 times a week who also does the ironing.

Your duties would be as follows:

Morning – help dress the children, prep the breakfast and packed lunches. Sometimes we will ask you to take the children to school if needed (only a 10 min walk, no need to drive!).

Afternoon – collect Allegra (sometimes Rollo too) from school and help with their homework. Prep and clear up after supper, help with bath time and stories and do a little laundry.

You will have your own double room on the top floor of our home with a bathroom that you share with Allegra.

You would be paid £100 per week (based on a 32 hour week) and you will have 4 weeks’ holiday per year: 2 paid, 2 unpaid.

You will have relevant experience and be able to provide at least 3 references.
