The Engineering coordinator position is responsible for carrying out all engineering office and departmental administration duties.
Scope and Purpose
This role maintains a system of record keeping for the engineering department and communicates these to the relevant engineering personnel, as well as liaising with others on the status of on-going work. You will carry out word processing and maintain data spread sheets for the purpose of maintaining communications and records with other departments, internal communications and external communications including contractors, consultants, government bodies, Home Office etc. To the agreed company standards.
This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail and the expectation is that work is completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, will be a responsible person who takes pride in their work and be fully conversant with Health and Safety regulations.
Entry Requirements

• Previous experience in administration or supervisory for an engineering / building / construction environment
