What you will do:
Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Carry out EPC assessments at pre-booked properties
• Work part of a team or as an individual
• Create site report for low EPC rated properties
• Sketch Floor Plans
• Carry out ECO funding assessments (basic survey)
What you will need:
• DEA Qualified Level 3 (minimum 1 years experience)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own Car
• Own iPad
• Laser Measuring Device and Ladder

• E, IG, RM, N,EN, NW, HA
