We are now looking to ad a new person to our team. Letting negotiator position available in a young and dynamic property company in London.
You will be working from our Camden office Monday to Friday. You will receive a competitive basic salary a travel card plus uncapped commissions.
Your role will be a letting negotiator so mainly you will advertise properties arranging and conducting viewings and some general office admin.All the properties that we manage are in Zone one and two mainly Marylebone Mayfair Paddington Maida Vale St.Johns Wood Swiss Cottage and Camden.
We would like someone ideally with one year experience (candidate with less experience will also be considered) you should be a person who can multi task with a positive attitudes punctual energetic and starving for monies. Ideally you will have experience with Flatshare and Studios.
