Electricians Mate required for an immediate start within a Security Company based in South West London must have previous experience of data electrical to support and assist our qualified electricians/security engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to expand on their current skills and develop their knowledge to gain insightful experience within the Fire and Security industry.
Requirements of the Electricians Mate will be varied but is not limited to the following
-Assisting in completing 1st to final fix and containment work on a variety of projects
-Assisting in running/installing a variety of cabling projects
-Ensure adherence to CDM requirements
-Role mainly covers, but is not restricted to Central and Greater London areas
Requirements as the Electricians Mate
-Previous experience of working as an Electrician’s Mate within a commercial and domestic environment
-Applicants must hold a valid CSCS, ECS card (certificate will not suffice) or JIB and IPAF
-Any other trade relevant qualifications would be beneficial
-Must be confident and able to assist in testing, inspection and partial rewire work
-Able to provide examples and references to showcase relevant work history
-Excellent communication skills with fluency in both verbal and written English
-Positive and friendly attitude
-Applicants must have a flexible approach to variable working hours and weekend working
-Preferably have your own tools and a full clean drivers licence would be beneficial but not essential
Benefits
-For the right candidate we are offering a salary of £12-£15 per hour.
