We are looking for experienced and qualified Electricians to join our maintenance team on a self-employed basis, working with day to day social housing repairs, estate lighting upgrades and voids on behalf of the local authorities in North/central London. We also do new builds, marketing Suites and office rewires.

4) Estate Regeneration (property electrical upgrade and rewires)

7) Emergency Lighting Upgrade
The ideal candidate would have previous experience, and should be qualified in addition to matching the following specification:
You will need to have have an up to date:
*ECS/JIB card
*Asbestos Awareness Certificate
*Public Liability Insurance.
You will need excellent organisations skills as you may work unsupervised from time to time and ensure work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards.
You will need to be presentable with good communication skills. The ability to speak and write fluent English is essential for this role.
Must be computer literate with a good ability to work with testing software like Easy Cert or similar.
Working hours: 7:30 am to 16:30 pm.
