Great opportunities are arising to work for a contractor based in London. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team who has experience working within a similar role. You will be required to cover areas that are closet to your location. This will be a long term contract.
You will be required to:
• Work within occupied and void domestic properties completing day to day works
• Complete communal works
• Have practical experience with domestic electrical repairs.
• Excellent customer service with both tenants and client
• Basic IT Skills, Email knowledge and competency on both Computer and Phone/tablet.
• Hand Tools
• Be able to complete NICEIC Paperwork
• Own transport (Van)
Qualifications:
• City and Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation
• City and Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing
• 17th Edition,
• Valid ECS Card
• Asbestos Awareness training
• Relevant Health and Safety requirements
• Full UK Driving Licence.
