Small maintenance company based in Harrow but working all over London. Looking for an experience electrician or experienced electricians mate who is capable of working on their own initiative. Applicant will need to be able to first and second fix electrical works, installing emergency lighting, fire alarms, CCTV and intercoms etc.
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems including fault finding.
• Have 2 years or more experience.
• Be able to speak English.
• Be able to work unsupervised on your own initiative.
• City and Guilds 2382-10/12 or 2382-20 (17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations)
• Replace sockets, light fittings and other electrical accessories.
• Replacement of consumer units including testing.
• Maintain communal internal and external lighting.
• Erect use and dismantle access equipment.
• Collection and delivery of tools materials and equipment.
• Be prepared to travel mainly with in the M25 area but outside if necessary.
• Be prepared to carry out other basic maintenance duties when no electrical.
Work is available.
• experience with installing and/or testing Access Control/Door Entry Systems,
Fire Alarm Systems and CCTV would be an advantage.
• You will be required to hold a full UK driving license and all up to date electrical.
Certificates for your trade.
Own transport an advantage. Working hours 07:00 - 05:00
CIS Card / UTR number required
Pay £12 - £20 per hour depending on level of experience.
Work available immediately.
Applicant will need to be have a good grasp of the English Language as will have to speak with customers and.
