Electrician

Salary is in the range £23,719 to £27,862 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Plus £1,862 Market Supplement.
Applications are invited for the post of Electrician.
Working as part of our Maintenance Services team you will take joint responsibility for the various electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks across our campus ensuring you communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues whilst remaining self-motivated and putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
To be successful in these roles you will need to demonstrate:
As an Electrician:

You have an NVQ3 level qualification in Electrical Installation.
You have a minimum of BS2360 parts 1 and 2 or BS2330 qualifications.
Ideally you hold a JIB Skills Card

You should be able to demonstrate:

experience in fault finding and repairs on a wide range of systems and equipment.
An ability to deal efficiently and politely with our customers face to face.
A calm and organised approach to your work and are able to work to set priorities and problem solve efficiently.

A passion for customer service improvement and ensuring that you keep our customers informed whenever they need our service.
A good understanding of IT systems
Good health and safety practice

Finally and most importantly you must be able to demonstrate an attitude that puts the customer first.

This is a full time and permanent post, immediately available or as soon as possible thereafter. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
