Role And Responsibilities:
• Carry out electrical work in domestic, commercial, industrial buildings, including consumer unit changes, electrical rewires, wiring upgrades, minor works repairs and fault finding.
• To be fully conversant with all aspects of electrical installation works of both 230v and 400v.
• Carry out periodic inspection and testing and completing of the necessary test certification in accordance with IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Also to complete other electrical certification where required.
• Planned and reactive remedial work with respect to; electrical distribution, power, lighting, and electrical inspection.
• Must hold relevant City and Guilds and Part P qualifications and 17th edition as a minimum.
• C and G 2391 or 2394/2395 advantages but not essential.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience.
• experience in repairing and maintaining a wide variety of installations including the ability to diagnose defects and accurately report findings.
• experience in the testing of installations.
• A good standard of administration and a high standard of personal presentation.
• Able to work safely with minimum supervision.
Must have own vehicle and tools, UTR details and certification for above.
Working hours are 8-5pm, overtime is available, ideal candidate will be available for quick start and salary will be passed on experience but looking between £180-£200 per day starting
