Electrician - LondonGBP32,000 a yearWe are seeking to hire an experienced Installations Electrician with a background in Commercial/Office Fit out and refurbishment.Job description:-You will be working alongside and directly under the contracts manager and reporting to him daily. This role requires an individual that would be comfortable working alongside and assisting in the development of our apprentices as you carry out electrical works for office fit out companies. The main core of works will cover - small power, lighting, data and some parts of fire alarms and access control. The works are centred on the Central London and Essex areas, so anyone who lives in London or who lives in the home counties and is prepared to commute to central London sites will be considered. Ideally, we are looking for fully qualified electricians, With either a JIB Gold Card, NARIC + CSCS, City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent. However, the most important qualities for this role are attitude and experience and all applications will be reviewed on merit.The working hours are 8 ½ onsite including a ½ hour lunch break. We will provide a works phone, a tablet, van (and fuel card). The work does require a work uniform and PPE that will be provided upon completion of 3 months' probation. Overtime rates are paid for work over 8.5 hours a day. This is a permanently employed position on a Paye contract. You'll receive 20 days holiday allowance + bank holidays.
