We are a fast growing Electrical Retailers and Wholesalers in London. We are well respected within the market place and are looking to hire an Internal Sales person to work in our new branch in Finchley Road.
‪Position:

‪As an Internal Sales person, you will be responsible in supporting actively the day to day duties for our retail shop.
‪Handling incoming phone calls and Trade Counter enquiries.
‪Processing orders and quotes using the Dear Systems cloud based software.
‪Sourcing products and placing the relevant orders.
‪Building, developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
‪Quickly learn products in order to upsell to the customer.
‪Dealing with customer queries face to face and in writing.

About you:

‪We hope that you have a great record in sales.
Have a previous experience with eBay, Amazon and other online marketplaces.
Have a high level of verbal and written English.
‪Ability to work in a team and individually.
‪Have a business mind
‪Be self-motivated, competitive with a passion for sales.
Booking in daily Royal Mail and courier deliveries.
Microsoft Excel and all office packages would come as a bonus.
