Electrical Maintenance Engineer
We are seeking 2 electrical maintenance engineers for our production facility in Park Royal, London. The persons must be punctual, organised and diligent in their work. This is an ideal role for those looking to who enjoy problem solving and manufacturing engineering.
Please note, you must be degree / diploma qualified in electrical engineering for this role.
The Role:
A busy and varied role, the post-holders will be responsible for providing high quality maintenance and engineering support within the maintenance team.
Required Skills / experience:
• 24V circuit fault finding
• PLC input / output knowledge
• Invertors / Servo positioner’s programming
• Pump seals and motor bearing overhauls
• Water / Air pipe systems - knowledge of types of fittings etc
• Vacuum and Pressure systems
• Thermal Overloads
• Fault diagnostics using Merger meter and Multimeter’s
Responsibilities will include:
• Regular maintenance of machines and furnaces
• Attend to faults as and when required
• Assist Maintenance manager with any project work
• Provide input to help solve problems
Personal abilities:
• Must be organised and efficient
• Must be proactive and self motivated
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Effective problem solving skills
In-depth training will be provided.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week based on a shift pattern of 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am either fixed or alternate. (A 10% night shift premium will be applied).
