Diamond are currently working with a number of large UK M and E companies who have commercial projects that require an Electrical Estimator based in Loughton, Essex.
£25k - £30k depending on experience, potentially more for the right candidate.
The Role
* Review drawings and create a final BOM, including required labour and plant costs so quotation can be sent to client.
* Full document control through the tender process.
* Attend client meetings to review tenders and adjust as necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an electrician working on apartment blocks.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed.
Desirable
* Previous experience of an electrical estimator is desirable but not essential.
Personal Characteristics
* Able to work cleanly and effectively
* Ambitious and willingness to learn.
The potential candidate will have the opportunity to progress onto being a Quantity Surveyor.
