Our Ambassador will provide first level of service to solve costumer issues.
You will ensure that all preventive maintenance activities are scheduled and carried out AND also make sure that cars are moved to various organization locations as necessary to ensure their availability to customers.
As an Ambassador, life is busy. This role will give you the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service through the timely delivery and collection of vehicles and providing ancillary sales opportunities to optimise the customer experience.
You will also be in charge of:

Dispatching cars when needed in order to balance de fleet,
Ensuring that the service operates correctly (track any issues and redirect to the right service)
Handling service anomalies (not connected cars, cars parked outside of stations, forgotten items, etc…).
Ensuring the cleaning of the cars (inside and outside)

Ambassadors will also be required to assist with promotional matters:

Speak to existing customers about the service when asked.
Assist at events with bringing vehicles and preparing for the event.
Explaining how the customers use the service (sign up, rent a car, drive a car)

The candidate:
The successful candidate will have:

A strong sense of customer care,
Honest, reliable, well organized and good communication skills,
Must be an excellent driver with valid license and a clean driving record,
Ability to use specialized software (i.e.PDA),
compliance with rules and instructions (process, security, traffic rules…).
