If this sounds like you, read on. We are looking to hire a sociable, internationally-educated person to talk to customers all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland about our English language programs. The role is based in London, at Kaplan International’s brand-new, architecturally-designed offices where staff from more than 30 countries enjoy working in a friendly, upbeat atmosphere with space to socialise and a bar/restaurant in the same building.
A typical day might involve explaining to an 18-year old from a small Bavarian village who has never travelled alone before why San Diego would be an ideal location for her English course, or speaking to a 30-year ski instructor from Zermatt who really needs to improve his English ahead of the next ski season. He’s interested in our Auckland school so he can learn to surf whilst taking advantage of some weekend skiing on the South Island.
At Kaplan International English, our customers study for all sorts of reasons and have very different ideas about what they want from their experience. With 40 English language schools in big cities and coastal towns across the world, we can usually please everyone. What our Sales Consultants have a talent for doing is asking the right questions and helping customers making the right decision.
If you’ve got the right attitude and personality to help our customers, then we’ll be glad to provide you with the support you’ll need to do the job which will include product training and training on Salesforce, the world’s number 1 CRM system.
And, if you’re interested in the role but you’re living in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, we can offer you help with accommodation for the first 4 weeks whilst you find yourself a place to live. We do this for our students and we’d be glad to do this for you.
This is a permanent position with a salary of £30,000 per annum plus commission. Benefits include pension, enrolment in a group income protection scheme, childcare vouchers and additional benefits.
