ECommerce Manager – Soho Home – Soho House and Co.

‘Bringing the house home’ – Soho House and Co. Have created Soho Home, a retail offering for members and customers, where our products are manufactured by and for Soho House.
We want to share the day-to-day life of our Houses, where our furniture, glassware and textiles are tried and tested in bustling bars and cosy bedrooms.
The Role
Soho House Retail is looking for an eCommerce Manager responsible for the day-to-day delivery of trading on Sohohome.com.
Commercial and conscientious, you will be working on eCommerce trading plans, making recommendations and ensuring that all website activity is in line with launches and initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of/Snr eCommerce Manager, you will have a strong technical understanding, be able to pick up new systems quickly and will have an analytical mind, confident in using and interpreting data to drive business recommendations.
It’s a fast-paced environment and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, with strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Digital trading calendar for year ahead, forecasting and monitoring all digital KPI’s vs budget.
Track and report on sales weekly, taking immediate action to potentialise where budget may be at risk. Report in weekly Trade meeting.
Work closely with Digital Marketing team to streamline marketing and trading activities, maximising key trading periods/day-to-day site performance.
Oversee online category merchandising, ensuring product is shown to maximize potential trade whilst still ensuring brand considerations.
Take ownership of on-site journey, making changes where necessary to increase conversion and drive cross-/up-sell to increase UPO and AOV.
Provide commercial sales and stock reporting and forecasts as necessary, e.g. Liaise with the Warehouse team on order and unit forecasts to ensure the correct allocation of resource during peak periods.
Identify commercial opportunities across all sites working closely with the marketing and trade teams ensure Soho Home has the required exposure across all sites in the wider business.
Required Skills and experience:
3 + Years’ experience in ecommerce
experience of managing direct report
Solid analytical skills and commercial awareness.
Skilled in Excel and performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
A critical thinker who can propose ideas, challenge status quo and drive initiatives.
Previous experience at a brand or retailer driving E-business required, preferably in homewares and/or Beauty.
experience with Magento desirable
experience with Amplience desirable
