Place: Southfields, London

• Do you have a passion for the arts and entertainment industry?
• Do you instinctively apply order and discipline to all you do?
• Compared to most people, do you have more determination and energy?
• Are you known for your attention grabbing writing?
• Do you tend to come up with more ideas, more rapidly than those around you?
If you answered yes to all these questions, we would like to hear from you.
We are seeking a full-time eCommerce Content Assistant to support its Theatreland project at our office in South West London.
What will I be doing?
The role will involve day-to-day content assistance on Theatreland's portfolio of ecommerce websites. With over 150 very successful sites, Theatreland sells tickets to theatre shows, concerts, comedy and more both here in London and in the USA. Working on the website production side of the business, you’ll be joining a small team and will play a part in the future growth and success of the business.
Your core duties will involve supporting the content team by ensuring websites are kept up to date in terms of imagery, show cast, dates and other content updates. An important part of your role will involve using an internal alerts system to correct ticketing and date issues. You will also assist by creating digital content (such as videos and images) used for marketing and provide support where needed on email and social media marketing projects.
What can I learn and grow?
You'll gain hands-on experience of how an ecommerce business works, from the day-to-day running to content marketing and strategy. You'll also be involved in decisions regarding web design and user experience, and will gain an understanding of how changes in web technology and trends can be harnessed to improve an ecommerce business. You'll also be able to improve your HTML and copywriting skills within a supportive team environment, and become confident in maintaining websites using a Content Management System (CMS).
