ECommerce Assistant – Soho Home – Soho House and Co.

‘Bringing the house home’ – Soho House and Co. Have created Soho Home, a retail offering for members and customers, where our products are manufactured by and for Soho House.
We want to share the day-to-day life of our Houses, where our furniture, glassware and textiles are tried and tested in bustling bars and cosy bedrooms.
The Role
Soho House Retail is looking for an eCommerce Assistant, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Sohohome.com.
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for daily reporting, site checks and preparing all product and content on site, and delivering this in line with launches and initiatives.
It’s a fast-paced environment and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the eCommerce Manager with maintaining the Soho Home website.
Responsible for daily site checks and comprehensive category checks, ensuring accuracy of content displayed and smooth end-to-end usability.
Track and report on sales daily. Alert the team of potential risk to target and implement actions to improve.
Prepare and create all new product, ensuring accurate and optimised features, category selection, attributes, pricing, photography and copy.
Evaluate and implement content on site, liaising between teams across the company to ensure site content is planned, briefed and executed on time.
Preparation of homepage and categories for key campaigns and events.
Implement visual merchandising strategy as required by the eCommerce Manager.
Implement search strategy across all websites as advised by eCommerce Manager.

Required Skills and experience:

1 + Years’ experience in similar ecommerce role.
Commercial, product and content-driven
Skilled in Excel and performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads.
Collaborative and able to work in cross-department teams.
experience with Magento desirable
Able to adapt quickly to new systems
