Overview
The Cefinn ecommerce team is expanding and we are looking for a bright and personable individual to help run the day-to-day functioning of the website and customer service. The Ecommerce and Customer Service Assistant will be a crucial part of a small team and a dynamic, fast-growing company based in West London. The right candidate will develop with the role, enjoying exposure to different areas of the fashion industry and all the various functions of a growing online brand with opportunity to contribute directly to its success.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the website’s performance, highlighting issues but also opportunities for improvements.
Compile and provide weekly and monthly data on the website and customers.
Assisting the Ecommerce Manager in researching, preparing and implementing projects and campaigns.
Managing the upload of new products, assets and content to the website - preparing the website for marketing campaigns.
Assisting with the production of assets and content for the website: photoshoots, PR and marketing initiatives, sample management and sample send outs.
First point of contact for customer enquiries over phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate response and providing excellent customer service.
Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and looking for customer retention opportunities.
Provide customer service at trunk-shows and other customer-facing events.
Assisting the Fulfilment Co-coordinator in resolving any logistical issues affecting customers’ orders.
Candidate’s background
Customer service background, whether in bricks and mortar or online, retail or service industry.
An interest in ecommerce and the world of online retail.
experience working within an office environment.
Computer literate and confident working quickly with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
An understanding of and experience with PhotoShop and Magento would be greatly beneficial.
