We are currently recruiting for experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Barista Masters to join our London Coffee Operations Team and lead a specific Area. Responsibilities:
• Acting as an ambassador for the EAT. Coffee team by sharing the EAT. Coffee story with staff and customers.
• Providing high quality coaching in shops to help Baristas and Coffee Makers achieving and maintaining high standards through shop visits.
• Training and coaching Team members on Coffee calling system.
• Carrying out ‘’Coffee Coaching’’ visits in stores to support coffee operations achieving an excellent service.
• Supporting the shop operations with coffee equipment setting checks and maintenance.
• Managing the coffee machines maintenance tracker.
• Collecting Customer’s feedback and follow up with an action plan when needed.
• Supporting the NSOs (New Shop Opening).
• Ensure EAT. Smart casual uniform standards are adhered at all times, and always be presentable behind the coffee counter.
About the role:
As a Barista Master you will train, coach, advise and inspire our Baristas and Coffee Makers by leading a specific London Area. You will act as a point of liaison between the coffee manager, the operation teams and the shops in order to support coffee operations. You will contribute towards the success of EAT shops and coffee operation by providing corrective coaching, ensuring strong and consistent standards are in place, supporting new ‘’Barista Prepared Drinks’’ launches and coffee machines maintenance. You will be mainly working Monday to Friday, one day in the mother shop and four days in the field providing coaching and support whenever is required in the area you will be leading.
