The Role:
The role is for a full time qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level.
3) At our Nurture: SW20 (Raynes Park) branch. We are looking to recruit experienced Early Years Practitioners who really want to influence the vision and direction of the nursery. The role requires the individual to hit the ground running and take the nursery to great heights through quality and innovation. We need bags of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude for this exciting opportunity. You will be joining a fun, energetic and homely team who are very welcoming.
The responsibilities include:
• Provide the children with a safe, secure and home-like environment
• Operate within a keyworker system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff
• Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of this age group
• Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team

experience and Skills Required:
• The candidate would need to hold an NVQ level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent qualification
• Have gained at least one years experience within a nursery setting
• Have proven organisational skills
• Must have excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written
In addition, you’ll need to be flexible and creative, with the commitment to provide first class childcare.
We need experienced candidates. We have full time positions available and are looking for qualified early years practitioners (level 3). We have vacancies in three of our rooms, baby room (6-14 months old) toddler room (12 months-2 years) and upper preschool (3-4 years old).
