Early Years Practitioner
Who are we?
A highly successful and well established Ofsted graded ‘Outstanding’ home-based nursery setting, offering only full daycare for children aged between 3 months to 3 years. Our beautiful setting, which includes a secluded woodland featured garden, is nestled on the borders of Hampstead/Belsize Park.
We are a small team of an Owner and three Early Years practitioners with the setting open from 08.30 – 17:30. Joining our team will mean you will have to contribute to all aspects of the setting and not be an individual who requires a job specifications to know what is the right thing to do for a child, although you will have key responsibilities.
Our success is built on very high and demanding standards in all areas, from the Early Years development goals to the cleanliness of the setting. Everything we do is done with attention to detail to ensure that the parents know they are getting the very best childcare and start for their child.

Minimum Qualification Criteria
>Good communication skills (English GCSE preferable).
>A willingness to learn as we offer NVQ level training (QTS or Level 3 or higher already obtained would be a significant bonus!).
>A passion working with Under 3s and a commitment to proving outstanding care.
