Yeast BAKERY is a micro-bakery based in London Fields, East London, specialising in the production of high quality, hand-made croissants and pastries. We started in early 2011 with a simple goal - to produce and supply the best pastries in London.

We bake fresh every morning and deliver seven days a week to a growing number of boutique coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and delicatessens across London.
Job description
5 shifts (20 hours) a week.
Each shift currently runs from 3.00am - 7.00am.
You will arrive at the bakery at 3.00am where you will find the orders packed and boxed ready for delivery. Once you have loaded the company van you will set off on your driving round, plotting your own route (with initial training and guidance), letting yourself into the designated drop-off spot at the customer’s premises to deliver the pastries. On return to the bakery you will inspect and fill out a daily report on the company van.
A careful, safe driving ability is essential.
Person Specification
Experienced driver, preferably with previous night-shifts worked (any field)
Full, clean drivers licence, aged 25 +
Flexible, hard-working, energetic and a friendly team-player
Physically fit
Able to work at night and largely alone

Thursday through to Monday, 3.00am – 7.00am (with flexibility to work overtime/change days occasionally if required)
Salary is £46 per shift based on 4 shifts per week
