You should have the following to meet our criteria
-At least 3 years experience managing or assisting in a busy restaurant
-Full knowledge of food and beverage stock and management systems
-Knowledge of Licensing, health and safety and first aid
-Be a leader and motivator
-Hungry to grow within our business
