Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Duty Operations Administrator to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a part time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £22,322 per annum.
The Duty Operations Administrator role:
Peabody Community Foundation are recruiting for 2 part time Duty Operations Administrators, to work flexibly across 2 operational community facilities located in Thamesmead. The successful applicants will work as part of a team delivering excellent customer service and administrative support for the Thamesmead Communities Facilities department.
You will be required to work on a busy reception area, answering calls, diary/calendar management, setting up for bookings and taking payments for a variety of activities.
The successful applicant will be required to provide efficient administrative support as part of a team, carrying out tasks such as financial reporting, responding to emails and monthly reporting.
Shift: 21 hours to be worked flexibly across 7 days.
What we’re looking for in our Duty Operations Administrator:
- Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
