We currently have a Duty Manager position available for one of our 3 bars in Covent Garden. The position is full time and the hours range from 36-45 hours per week. It is important that candidates are available for evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry, who is ambitious, honest and assertive but able to work within a team. Above all, we are looking for someone with a friendly and charming personality who is enthusiastic and able to communicate well with people. The candidate should also hold our values of quality, friendly customer service. Reliability and dedication to our company is also essential.
We also prefer to promote from within our company and are continuously training our staff for management positions, so if you are looking to progress further within this industry and one day manage your own bar then this is most definitely the company for you.
The starting salary for a Duty Manager is £8.50 per hour.
The position is for an immediate start so you must be available to come in for an interview and provide evidence of your eligibility to work legally in the UK.
