We currently have a Duty Manager position available for one of our 3 bars in Covent Garden. The position is full time and the hours range from 36-45 hours per week. It is important that candidates are available for evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry, who is ambitious, honest and assertive but able to work within a team. Above all, we are looking for someone with a friendly and charming personality who is enthusiastic and able to communicate well with people. The candidate should also hold our values of quality, friendly customer service. Reliability and dedication to our company is also essential.
It is likely that a Bar Manager position will be available in the next 4-8 weeks and we intend to promote one of our staff within this time. So if you are interested in a career within this industry, then this is definitely the company for you.
The starting salary for a Duty Manager is £8.50 per hour.
