B +B Belgravia is a boutique Bed and Breakfast Hotel, a short walk from London Victoria railway and coach stations in the exclusive area of Belgravia. We now have a new job vacancy for Duty Manager. This is a full time position.
Your role will primarily be to welcome and host all guests: ensure advance reservations are done efficiently, conduct the arrival, check-in, check-out. Provide ad-hoc information and assistance to various questions about local attractions, transport, etc. Ensure check-out and payment procedures are handled correctly.
In addition, you will monitor the performance of the Housekeeping team to make sure our meticulous high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met constantly throughout the hotel.
This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to get experience using hotel software: Rezlynx and developing face-to-face customer service. Candidates should have experience relevant to this role. You need to have a good approach to customer care and also demonstrate good command of English: spoken and written.
Candidates need to be able to attend interviews in London within the next 10-14 days and already possess the entitlement to work in the UK. Please send CVs in the first instance.
