Duty Manager / Assistant Reception Manager - Luxury Hotel in London Salary:   £23000 + excellent benefits Contract: Full time, permanent Immediate start possibility Position type: Duty Manager / Guest Service Manager / Guest Relation Manager / Assistant Reception ManagerAs Duty Manager you will be supporting the operation of the Reception Division.
Gather and analyse guest feedback to continuously improve the quality of service and offering. Ensure guests preferences and expectations are met Keep communication with the guests, respond to comments and complaints Know the activity of the reception as well other key division (F and B and C and B) to ensure smooth journey of groups, special events, current availability, etc Monitor the Reception lobby at all times and co-ordinate peak guest and group movements. Work closely with department trainers and L and D team to ensure continuous training of the team.
Requirements
Previous experience as supervisor or junior manager within a luxury 4*L or 5* star hotel Fluent English (Written and Spoken)Be a People Person Excellent personal presentation and grooming standardsBe highly motivated and passionate experience in handling VIP CustomersFlexibilityDriving licence and own transport.
