The Role
As Duty Manager, you will thrive on the challenge, learning new elements of the business. You will flourish in this fast-paced working environment, tackling all aspects of the role and utilising all the resources available to you. You will have the drive to succeed and take ownership of your development to be a success in your role.
This role requires you to be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service and high standards in a casual trendy setting. Previous restaurant experience is essential!

Leading the team in the delivery of quality service.

Assisting the General Manager to run a profitable, safe and charismatic business.

Providing training and coaching to the staff to maximize sales opportunities.

You will lead by example to ensure the highest standards are maintained within the venue.
