Our client is one of the UK's largest and most forward leisure attraction and children's activity centre operators. They currently are looking to recruit for the key post of a Duty Manager at their facility in Wembley.
Responsible for:
It is your responsibility to provide a great experience for all our customers through self-presentation, site cleanliness, customer service and interaction.
Purpose of the job:
·To provide an outstanding service to all our customers. You will be expected to work with General Manager and Directors to raise standards at the facility whether it be working in service or developing the venue.
·To present a high standard of cleanliness at the venue and keep the site inviting at all times whilst abiding to all company policies and procedures (as noted in the staff hand book).
·To ensure that all maintenance issues are noted down and sorted.
·To always support the aims and ethos fostered at the company, this requires ensuring children and adults obey the rules, following through to customer care activities.
·Adding value to pushing the company brand.
·To ensure that if needed you work in service including the Play Area, Bar, Reception, Laser Arena and other Catering Facilities.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 6 months duty management experience within a multi usage leisure or hospitality facility. You must be a strong leader and extremely engaging and a strong communicator.
