Located in central London is a smaller site withing well establish friendly, vibrant team, in need of someone with a big personality to help lead and inspire this great brigade.
Open from lunch to late evening there is never a dull moment at Strada Covent Gaden and our leaders need to be hands on, sleeves up kind of people with bags of enthusiasm and passion.
YOU
-Will have loads of experience in branded or independent full service restaurants with an extra passion for training and developing your team
-Know how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat, and strive to make those numbers even bigger
-Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do
-Are a hands on, sleeves up kind of person, who can lead and inspire an established team with integrity and passion
-Love Italian food and know your cavatappi from your casarecci
-Know everything there is to know about running a perfect shift, wowing guests, and supporting your GM to achieve success
