Working Hrs: 5 Days / 7 Shifts (46 – 50 hrs)

7 day operation – busy for lunch and dinner throughout the week / year….
Kitchen hrs: 12pm to 3pm / 6pm to 10pm Mon to Saturday / from 12pm to 6pm Sunday
Role Description
Working closely with the General Manager and the Kitchen team, responsibilities include:
Overseeing the smooth running of the entire operation in the absence of the General Manager
Opening and closing duties
Managing and organising FOH team, ensuring the delivery of excellent service levels and customer care on a consistent basis
Ordering of stock, inventory control and stock audits
Team hiring, training and development, personnel files
Daily admin and banking, weekly figure reporting and due diligence files and procedures
Involvement in monthly P and L (sales, purchasing and labour targets)
Developing new business ideas and marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and raise Gastro profile (local and online)

Salary and Benefits
Starting on £28,000 pa
Permanent full-time contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period incl.
