Salary: 32K plus - Negotiable, depends on experience, plus commission 45K OTE

My client is a global heading hunting firm that only deals with 100k plus vacancies for corporate organisations internationally, they are currently recruiting for a Research consultant to join their successful team of consultants.
The role:
As a Research Consultant you will be briefed on a head hunting assignment and will conduct and research the shortlist of suitable candidates for the position, you will conduct a telephone interview and liaise with the client and the account manager, full training will be provided.
Candidate requirements:
Native French OR Dutch OR Flemish speaker and fluent in English
Excellent communicator
Over 2 - 3 years’ experience within a telephone business environment, B2B OR B2C
Must be very consultative as you will be dealing with senior 100k plus candidates
Must be degree educated, by a recognised EU University
