Situated in the residential back streets of Brixton, The Duke hosts South London’s best kept secret beer garden.

You will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record in:
• Excellent customer service
• Driving sales with continuous growth like for like.
• Leading and training all members of the team.
• Working within targeted wage %
• Stock control
• Strong understanding of EPOS and reporting.

You will also have:
• A great eye for detail
• A genuine passion for the industry and understanding of what’s on trend.
• Strong leadership skills and the confidence and ability to work in a busy environment.
• A good understanding of cellar management.
• Personality and strong work ethic
