The Job Role:
Duck and Waffle are looking for a dynamic Junior Sous Chef to join the very successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and can offer an uncompromisable guest service.
The chef brigade are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work closely with the Senior Sous and Executive Chef in delivering a faultless offering to each of our guests.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a fast paced and service lead business
- Prior experience with conceptual British/European cuisine is advantageous
- At least 4 years experience within fine dining
- Must have proven longevity and consistency within career journey
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
- Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality
- Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrate initiative-taking
