The Job Role:
Duck and Waffle are seeking an experienced Sommelier to join the very successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food/drink and can offer an uncompromisable guest service.
The Sommelier team are looking for an additional Sommelier to join the team, offering our guests a high level of service and providing them with the knowledge around the wine offering that best suits their meal or dishes.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous hospitality/catering experience is advantageous
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
• Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality
