We are an established Dry Lining and Suspended Ceilings sub-contractor looking for new Site Managers to join our expanding London region working on large residential and commercial projects. Immediate start available and competitive pay dependent upon qualifications, experience and skill level. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring Health and Safety on site, monitoring site programme and progress of works including sufficient labour is on site and directed in correct areas, quality of the work installed is correct to the drawings/specification and if not is rectified accordingly, ordering materials/plant/PPE, etc. You will report directly to Contracts Managers and work alongside Quantity Surveyors to ensure project runs to budget, we have central accounts, buying and training departments to further aid in your role on site. Other requirements as below;
• Minimum SSSTS ideally SMSTS.
• Current First Aid Training
• PASMA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in dry lining/suspended ceiling site management or closely associated e.g. Fit out.
• Good computer skills – able to complete Word and Excel documents for reporting and materials ordering.
