The main responsibilities are:
Checking in garments and laundry to be cleaned, handling in-shop collections, processing collect and deliver orders.
Advising customers on the best cleaning solutions, repairs and alterations in collaboration with our seamstresses and garment care experts.
Using Epos and handling cash and credit cards.
Ensuring the shop stays tidy and organised.
Providing great service to customers who value what we do.
The ideal candidates will:
Have previous customer-facing retail experience.
Be organised and reliable.
Demonstrate attention to detail.
Enjoy dealing with customer queries timely and efficiently.
