Zipjet is an Express Online Convenience Service for Laundry and Dry Cleaning. We want to take the hassle out of peoples’ lives by freeing up their time for what they enjoy most, starting with laundry. For that, we built an extremely flexible system, allowing people to have their laundry picked up at their convenience and returned to them within 24 hours. We are currently serving our customers in London, Berlin, and Paris.
We are a young team of around 50 people, and we have a good dose of experience in all the right places. Our backgrounds are diverse – culturally and professionally. We are having fun doing what we are doing.
We offer our service via mobile apps (iOS and Android) and our website. We strive for operational excellence and build solutions to serve large numbers of customers in a highly reliable and autonomous manner.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently looking for a full-time Dry Cleaner within our quality control in London who can support our fast growing hand highly motivated team. With a strong attention to details and perfect communication skills you ensure that every order is leaving the facility at an excellent quality level.
- Check and evaluate cleaning processes at the facility
- Quality check of all the orders to ensure that every order is leaving the facility on time and at excellent quality
- Flag issues at facility and communicate them to live operations team
- Training and coaching of facility staff members
- Share ideas of product and process improvements
This role could include some weekend shifts and evening/night hours. Please apply if you are comfortable working these types of hours, including weekends and holidays.
WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Several years experience with processing at dry cleaning and laundry facilities
- Quality and operations management experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- A strong attention to detail
- Comfort with technology based tools and services
- Result oriented
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a prerequisite
